NNG_MG_KAAS_emergency

Scope - This safe is to be used for storing "Novo Nordisk" credentials associated with the emergency/fallback user.

Access - KaaS Lead Platform Architect or Product Owner (restricted) (Recommended NovoAccess - "Full" & "Admin").

Note: Accounts can not be added directly to Managed safes in PIMS. We need to create a service request in ServiceNow for adding a user to a Managed safe.

NNG_UM_KAAS_emergency

Scope - This safe is to be used for storing "Confluent Cloud" credentials associated with the emergency/fallback user.

Access - KaaS Lead Platform Architect or Product Owner (restricted) (Recommended NovoAccess - "Full" & "Admin").

Note: The password must be rotated regularly and after each use.

NNG_MG_KAAS_BUILD

Scope - This safe is to be used for storing credentials to Service Account users, that are to be used when testing role archetype permissions on the platform, e.g. KaaS Operator or KaaS Pilot Developer.

Access - KaaS Platform Build Team (Recommended NovoAccess - "Full" & "Admin")

Note: Accounts can not be added directly to Managed safes in PIMS. We need to create a service request in ServiceNow for adding a user to a Managed safe.

Scope - This safe is to be used for storing secrets associated with platform resources, e.g. secret key used while developing "kaas-audit-log-forwarder-v1" mule application.

Access - KaaS Platform Build Team (Recommended NovoAccess - "Full" & "Admin")
