Purpose

The purpose of this guide is to describe how the k6 scripts used for automated testing in KaaS can be used.

Prerequisites

• Access to relevant k6 scripts
• Access to relevant parameter values, including security credentials

Step-by-step

1. Locate the GIT repo that contains the script you want to run, and download it as Zip
2. Show in folder, righ-click and select 'properties' and make sure unblock is selected in the general tab
3. Extract the folder to C:\TEMP
4. Go to the folder, click on the Windows Explorer's location bar, type cmd and hit enter
5. Modify and run below script

k6.exe run -e MAP_BASE_URL= -e MAP_CLIENT_ID= -e MAP_CLIENT_SECRET= -e KAAS_REST_PROXY_BASE_URL= -e KAAS_REST_PROXY_API_KEY= -e KAAS_REST_PROXY_API_SECRET=./integration/integration-test.js

1. Open the folder, go to test > integration > reports and open the HTML file to see the report
